Astrologer Partner Terms

1. Acceptance of Policies and Platform Rules

I confirm that I have read and agree to the following:

• Terms and Conditions
• Privacy Policy
• Disclaimer Policy
• Astrologer Partner Terms
• Any platform onboarding rules, conduct standards, content standards, payout rules, and service guidelines issued by The Fortune Pathway from time to time.

2. Nature of Services

I understand that services offered through the platform are advisory, interpretive, traditional, and belief-based in nature. I agree to present astrology, numerology, Vastu, pooja guidance, remedies, and spiritual advice responsibly and honestly.

3. No Guaranteed Claims

I agree that I will not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or guaranteed claims, including but not limited to:

• Guaranteed marriage
• Guaranteed pregnancy
• Guaranteed health recovery
• Guaranteed legal success
• Guaranteed business growth
• Guaranteed financial gain
• Guaranteed removal of obstacles
• Guaranteed results from gemstones, rudraksha, malas, bracelets, pyrite items, poojas, mantras, or remedies

This is important not only for your own policy consistency but also because app platforms are sensitive to misleading claims.

4. No Professional Misrepresentation

I agree that I will not present my services on the platform as a substitute for:

• Medical treatment or diagnosis
• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Psychological or psychiatric treatment
• Crisis counseling or emergency intervention

I will not instruct clients to avoid qualified professional help where such help is required.

5. Professional Conduct

I agree that I will:

• Treat clients respectfully and professionally.
• Use appropriate language and conduct during calls, chats, and consultations.
• Provide services in good faith and to the best of my knowledge.
• Avoid harassment, coercion, intimidation, abuse, discrimination, or exploitation.
• Follow booking schedules and platform procedures responsibly.

6. Client Data and Confidentiality

I agree that:

• Client information accessed through the platform is confidential and must be used only for service delivery through the platform.
• I will not misuse, disclose, copy, sell, or share client data except as authorized by the platform or required by law.
• I will not contact clients outside approved channels for unauthorized solicitation, harassment, or off-platform diversion unless expressly permitted by the platform.

7. Content and Communication Rules

I agree that I will not:

• Upload or share unlawful, infringing, obscene, abusive, defamatory, or misleading content.
• Share false testimonials, fabricated case studies, or fake credentials.
• Use manipulative fear-based language to force product or remedy sales.
• Make claims that any product or remedy is a guaranteed cure, guaranteed protection, or guaranteed solution.
• Share platform content, reports, recordings, or client details without authorization.

8. Product and Remedy Recommendations

If I recommend gemstones, rudraksha, malas, bracelets, pyrite items, poojas, mantras, or remedies, I understand and agree that:

• Such recommendations must be presented as traditional, spiritual, and belief-based suggestions only.
• I must not represent such items as guaranteed cures or guaranteed outcomes.
• I must remain consistent with the platform’s Disclaimer Policy and product policies.

9. Platform Control and Quality Standards

I understand and accept that The Fortune Pathway may:

• Review consultations, chats, profile content, ratings, complaints, and service quality.
• Issue warnings, request corrections, restrict visibility, pause bookings, suspend access, or terminate my account for policy violations, misconduct, misleading claims, repeated complaints, no-shows, or platform misuse.
• Update onboarding rules, service standards, and quality expectations from time to time.

10. Payouts and Commercial Terms

I understand that:

• My use of the platform may be subject to payout, commission, settlement, adjustment, refund offset, or fee rules communicated separately by The Fortune Pathway.
• Platform payouts may be withheld, adjusted, or delayed in cases involving refunds, chargebacks, fraud concerns, policy violations, disputes, or legal compliance.
• Tax compliance on my earnings may apply according to applicable law.

11. Independent Role

Unless separately agreed in writing, I understand that use of the platform as an astrologer does not by itself create an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or joint venture with The Fortune Pathway.

12. Account Security

I agree that:

• I am responsible for protecting my login credentials and astrologer dashboard access.
• I am responsible for all actions carried out through my account.
• I will immediately inform the platform if I suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

13. Privacy and Data Use

I understand that my personal and professional information may be collected, used, stored, and processed by the platform in accordance with the Privacy Policy for onboarding, account management, booking allocation, payouts, compliance, customer support, quality review, fraud prevention, and platform operations.

14. Account Deletion and Retention

If I create an astrologer account, I understand that I may request deletion of my account and associated personal data, subject to data that the platform is legally required to retain for compliance, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, or security purposes. Apple and Google require account deletion support where in-app account creation exists.

15. Consent

By selecting the checkbox and continuing during the registration process, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to these Astrologer Partner Terms and the linked platform policies.
