2. Shipping and Dispatch
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within a reasonable time, depending on product type, stock availability, customization, energizing process, and operational conditions
- Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary by location, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control
- Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Delays or losses caused by incorrect address details may not be our responsibility
3. Returns and Replacements
- Damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items may be eligible for replacement or other suitable support, subject to verification
- Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, unboxing evidence if available, and order details
- We reserve the right to verify the issue before approving any replacement or support request
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement unless damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered:
